The facilitating unit for affiliated colleges and students

The primary objective of establishing a Sub-Centre of the university at Vadali was to reduce the financial burden of the students and over 133 affiliated colleges of Sabarkantha an Arvalli district alone to and from the university headquarters at Patan in connection of nominal administrative and examination related issues/requirements by facilitating the same work by Sub-Centre.

After a fully fledged unit of Sub-Centre to facilitate the required work was developed and established, following services are rendered from here:

Receiving Applications from students whose result is with held under ordinance 103 (W-103) directly as well as from colleges for issue of Marksheets.

Receiving Applications from students whose result is with held under ordinance 103 (W-103) directly as well as from colleges for issue of Degree Certificates.

Receiving Applications which filled on online mode from colleges and/or students regarding Re-checking/ Re-assessment.

Receiving Applications which filled on online mode with fees from students directly as well as from colleges for correction in name on issued Mark sheets if printed wrong

Receiving Applications which filled on online mode with fees from students directly for Duplicate Mark sheets.

Receiving Applications which filled on online mode with fees from students directly for Duplicate Degree Certificate.

Receiving various files from colleges Internal Group File, Examination File, Enrollment File.

The Sub-Centre ensures speedy delivery of these collected forms and other documents at the concerned sections of the university’s head quarters, Patan. Similarly, endeavors are made each time for the quick communication to the concerned regarding the required issue(s).
