Dates to remember :
 

• Last date of submission of completed form: 17th June, 2010
• Entrance Examination: 27th June, 2010
• Declaration of Result/ Merit List: 06th July, 2010
• Admission Counseling starts: 12th July, 2010

Application Form :

• Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the University cash counter on payment of Rs. 500
• Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the University's website: www.ngu.ac.in
• Downloaded form should be sent to the Department with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500. The Demand Draft
  should be in favour of The Registrar, Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, payable at Patan.
• Application form, completed in all respects, along with the required documents and photographs
  (and DD in case of downloaded forms) can be submitted by hand or by post at the Department of Hospital
  Management during working hours.
• Application forms received after last date will be rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained
